splashtownpark.com is a family-oriented site that represents our theme park. Visitors to elitchgardens.com may choose to register at the site. The registration page prominently notes that children under 13 years of age are not eligible to register at splashtownpark.com. We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. As a result, children under the age of 13 may not be able to use all areas of splashtownpark.com.

WHAT THE CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY COVERS
The Splashtown Privacy Policy covers all data collected and used by Splashtown. In addition to the Splashtown Privacy Policy, this Children's Privacy Policy provides further information and privacy protections for our online site visitors who are under the age of 13.
