SplashTown Guest Services
Free parking in 2010 – If you have already purchased your $30 parking pass, please present your receipt at our Guest Relations window to receive 1 complimentary 2010 admission ticket. If you purchased a $15 parking pass, please present your receipt at our Guest Relations window and you will be given the option to receive either a free tube rental or a free locker rental.
We want your visit to SplashTown park to be as smooth as it is fun. This list below includes general visitor information like the park safety guidelines and services available.
Safety and Convenience
Severe Weather
Some waterslides and attractions will close during heavy rain, high winds & lightning. Food–n–Fun Café and the gift shop will remain open during those periods. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, the affected rides will open.
Lost Children
We cannot page lost or separated parties. Be sure to have a specific meeting place for your group. We recommend looking for your party, should they become separated from your group, in the First Aid Family Center.
Rentals and Services
First Aid/Health Services
First Aid is located behind the Wild Wave Pool.
Lockers
Lockers are available next to Food-n-Fun Café. Cash and credit cards are accepted for all day long rentals.
Locker pricing $8.00 & $10.00 plus a $5.00 deposit.
Tubes
Tube pricing: $6.00 for a single tube and $12.00 for a double.
Baby Changing/Nursing Area
Changing facilities for small children are located in park restrooms and changing rooms. Diapers may be purchased at the Beach Shop located towards the front gate.
Lost and Found
For lost items visit Guest Relations at the front gate.
Private Cabana Rentals
Private Cabana is available for all day rents to ensure a more relaxing experience. Let us wait on you! For pricing, please visit the Cabana page.
Credit Cards
American Express, Master Card & Visa are accepted with a valid picture ID for purchases at Guest Relations, Beach Shop, Locker Rentals and Food-n-Fun Café
Park Guidelines
Line Jumping
Line jumping and other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and is grounds for removal from the park without a refund.
Ride Access
For safety reasons, Guests with certain disabilities may not be permitted to some rides. Check Guest Relations for additional ride information.
Valid Picture ID
Please bring a valid ID if you would like to purchase alcohol or use your credit card.
Smoking
SplashTown is smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted only in designated area.
Ice Chest & Picnic Baskets
SplashTown does not allow food or beverages to be brought into the park and storage facilities are not available. If you have brought picnic items to the park today, you will need to leave them in your vehicle. Feel free to tailgate at your vehicle. A limited number of picnic tables are available outside the parks Main Gate. Please no outdoor cooking.
Life Jackets
Complimentary life jackets are located throughout the park and are recommended for inexperienced swimmers. Children 8 year and under must be accompanied by an adult while in the water. Only Coast Guard approved life jackets may be brought to the park. Shirts are not allowed to be worn on rides, however rash guards are.
Season Passes
A wise investment for the frequent visitors! Season passes are good for unlimited visits to SplashTown all season long and may be purchased online or at the park’s Main Gate entrance during regular hours of operation. Click here to purchase your 2010 Season Pass!
Rain Checks
If the entertainment value of your visit is affected by inclement weather, SplashTown will gladly offer rain checks. Rain checks will be issued under the following conditions: All major waterslides must be closed for 30 consecutive minutes due to inclement weather. Rain checks are valid for re-entry only.
